To the staff at Grandview Pavilion,

We wanted to express our gratitude to everyone at the Grandview Pavilion for your hospitality during our wedding reception on September 16, 2006. Everything exceeded our expectations, and guests are still commenting on the central location, intimate setting, and delicious food they were able to enjoy.

First, we wanted to thank Amy for being so helpful, patient, and cooperative throughout our wedding planning process. During numerous phone calls and several adjustments to our original plans, she maintained her professionalism and composure, which helped us to stay calm as well. She was wonderful to work with.

During our reception we had some last minute adjustments as well, from the addition of an extra table to late arriving guests after the buffet was put away. We were grateful for Val's diligence and attention to detail. Out coordinator was very complimentary of Val as well, telling us she was great to work with and functioned under the radar and fast. We didn't even
notice when the buffet tables were removed from the dance floor. Our guests also told us that the buffet was served by a very nice wait staff. The bar was a hit. Needless to say many guys chose to hang out at the bar
and said the bartender was great.

The tables were set beautifully and with just the few decorations we brought in ourselves, the entire place looked better than we imagined when we entered the venue. We wanted to include this letter with our evaluation because we wanted to convey our utmost satisfaction with our wedding reception.

We are so happy we chose the Grandview Pavilion and even happier at how everything turned out. Thank you to Amy, Val and the entire staff that helped make our wedding day memorable.
